FREE Express delivery (1-2 working days)

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, and an email on the day before your item is due to be delivered, with further tracking information.

We ship to any UK mainland address provided the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm Friday. If you do not meet this time on any given day, your goods will be sent the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

**Please make sure to measure the space in which you will be installing your product before purchase.

We ship to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, however this is subject to a nominal fee.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For delivery destinations outside of the UK, please contact a member of our customer service team for assistance. You can contact us via telephone on 01977 337415, or by email. Please note that Luka Smart Ltd will not be responsible for any import duties incurred on international orders.

LARGE ORDERS

For bulk orders, we offer a pallet service that will ensure your items arrive together at the same time. We also offer discounts when buying over five units. If this applies to you, please call us to place your order 01977 337415 or email us.

BREAKAGES/CHANGE OF MIND

All our items are of a fragile nature which is why all our items are packaged securely with 100% recyclable heavy duty cardboard boxes to help securely transport your item(s). Should your item(s) arrive with any broken parts, signs of damage or manufacturing faults you must report this to us within 30 days from the date the item was received so we can claim. If you tell us about breakages after this time we cannot approve claims made.

If you wish to return your item because you no longer wish to keep it, please contact us within 14 days from the date the item was received.

Luka Smart Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason failure to perform any of the Company's obligations. In relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was caused by reasons out of the Company's control, Luka Smart Ltd shall not be deemed in breach of contract and therefore will be unable to offer any form of compensation.
